The experience is embedded in BambooHR, so employees can manage it directly from desktop or mobile, and employers can offer added flexibility without employer fees, funding requirements, or extra administrative work. BambooHR On-Demand Pay is available at no cost on all packages and is available for those with BambooHR Payroll or other payroll providers.

With BambooHR On-Demand Pay, employers can:

• Offer a meaningful benefit at no added cost: On-Demand Pay is included at no extra charge for BambooHR customers.
• Keep payroll simple: Advances are based on earned wages, and repayment is handled automatically, so there are no manual payroll adjustments for your team.
• Reduce HR workload: Employees request and manage advances directly in BambooHR, eliminating separate systems, forms, and back-and-forth with HR.
• Avoid employer liability: Employers are not responsible for funding advances or collecting repayment.
• Support employee financial wellbeing: Eligible employees can access a portion of their earned wages before payday with no interest and no credit checks.

For employees, the process is simple:

• Register and access On-Demand Pay directly in BambooHR on desktop or mobile.
• Request an advance based on eligible earned wages.
• Choose a no-cost transfer in 1-3 business days or an instant transfer for $4.99.¹
• For employees not paid through BambooHR Payroll, repayment will be collected from their linked bank account.
