Levels and Bands in Custom Reports

With the release of the Levels & Bands tool in BambooHR last month, you were given the structure to easily track and manage job levels and salary bands for employees. This month we’re adding the ability to pull from Levels & Bands data to display in your custom reports!
To see it in action, just create a new report and in the Choose Fields area, search for ‘Job Level’, ‘Pay Band’ or scroll down to Calculated fields to find and add them to your report!

Just remember, you’ll only see data in the report if you’ve already set up your organization’s Levels & Bands data under Settings > Compensation.
