Wende Smith - Keynote Speaker
Wende A. Smith is the Head of People Operations at BambooHR. She is focused on scaling the organization’s People Operations to deliver an extraordinary employee experience.
Before joining BambooHR, Wende was the Head of Total Rewards & Operations at Flatiron Health, a health technology subsidiary of Roche. She provided leadership for the company’s compensation, benefits, absence, HR technology, and operations there.
Wende has extensive experience leading small and large global, complex teams supporting total rewards, HR operations, HR technology, recruiting, and talent management through strategic and scalable programs.
With over 20 years of experience, she has held key leadership positions with many of the largest brands across technology, professional services, and retail, including Salesforce, AECOM, T-Mobile, and Mercer.
Thomas Brazier - HR Practitioner
Thomas Brazier is a well-rounded HR professional with years of experience across human resources and consulting. He holds an MBA and brings a practical, people-first perspective to his work, helping organizations navigate real-world HR challenges. Thomas frequently speaks at HR events, sharing insights on modern HR practices, leadership, and the evolving workplace.
