Kelsey Tarp - Keynote Speaker
Kelsey Tarp is an HR leader, executive coach, and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience helping organizations and their people grow.
At BambooHR, she leads the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, partnering with leaders to drive clarity, trust, and business performance. Her career spans financial services and tech, with more recent roles at Amazon, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Kelsey holds an MBA in Leadership and BA in English from the University of Washington, plus HR certifications from UW and Cornell. She’s passionate about building AI literacy in HR and creating cultures where excellence and fun coexist.
Thomas Brazier - HR Practitioner
Thomas Brazier is a well-rounded HR professional with years of experience across human resources and consulting. He holds an MBA and brings a practical, people-first perspective to his work, helping organizations navigate real-world HR challenges. Thomas frequently speaks at HR events, sharing insights on modern HR practices, leadership, and the evolving workplace.
