Nya James - Keynote Speaker

As an HR consultant at BambooHR, Nya James partners with leaders and HR teams to solve people challenges, improve processes, and build workplaces where employees thrive. With an MBA in HR management, a SHRM-CP certification, and over five years of HR experience across internal leadership and consulting roles, Nya brings a practical, business-focused approach to HR strategy, compliance, and culture.

Chad Sorenson - HR practitioner

Chad Sorenson is president of Adaptive HR Solutions with over 30 years of experience in human resources and business. He partners with organizations across the Southeast US on leadership development, manager training, performance management, and compliance. A former president of HR Florida and SHRM Jacksonville, Chad holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and frequently speaks nationwide on leadership and employee engagement.
