Why can’t I use the “Contact an Expert” feature? I used Virgil before, and it was available?
A: The “Contact an Expert” feature won’t be available in this first phase of the release. It will be introduced later, once we have the full integration in place, and will be offered as an add-on option.
Is this partnership available for international segments as well or just US-based companies?
A: International can leverage it for prospects that may have employees in the U.S. as VirgilHR is currently built around the US-based laws and policies only
Is there any training or onboarding provided?
A: Yes! When you log in for the first time, you’ll see a welcome pop-up with the option to take a Quick Tour, a guided walkthrough that helps you get familiar with VirgilHR right away.
