How does BambooHR Payroll handle benefits and deductions?
If you have BambooHR® Benefits Administration, elections will flow automatically into BambooHR Payroll. Additional non-benefit deductions, such as garnishments, tax levies, and loan repayments, are also managed on the employee profile under the Pay Info tab.
Can I pay 1099 contractors via BambooHR?
Yes! You can include contractors in Payroll as long as they are active in BambooHR and use their Social Security Number, and not EINs or TINs. They’ll be paid using the direct deposit on file on the Pay Info tab in BambooHR.
How do my employees receive their pay stubs?
On payday, employees will receive an automated email with a quick link to their latest pay stub. They can also find new and previous pay stubs by going into their profile within BambooHR.
What kind of payroll reporting capabilities does BambooHR have?
BambooHR has numerous standard payroll reports that can be filtered by pay cycle or date range and downloaded in a PDF or Excel format. Some of these reports include:
