2023 was the year of the Hiring Hero. Candidates and recruiters alike faced major headwinds, including mass layoffs, financial anxieties, and the continuing evolution of the remote workforce. Hiring Heroes didn't let these challenges break their stride—instead, they loaded up on experience points by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. In 2023, 46% of HR leaders said recruiting was a top priority, and our platform data tells us that goal became a reality throughout the year.
In addition to adding a record number of new candidates, Hiring Heroes rolled out the welcome wagon for new hires with 893,126 new-hire packets and 10,859,462 e-signature documents.

As employee happiness reaches an all-time low, HR teams are even more crucial leaders in combating this satisfaction slump, with help from employee engagement tools like eNPS and Employee Wellbeing surveys.
