That’s why we are delighted to offer three $5,000 scholarships to three passionate, creative university students who care about improving people’s lives as much as we do.

An internal team at BambooHR will select the scholarship winners based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their personal statements and their responses to the submission option of their choice. We are looking for recipients who have a clear passion for learning, growing, and helping others along the way. Winners will be notified via email by August 16, 2019.
The scholarship funds will be paid directly to each winner’s college or university to be used for tuition, books, or fees.

Imagine you’ve been tasked with coming up with a new employee benefit to help improve employee engagement around the office. Team morale is down and you’ve heard from several people in their exit interviews that they feel overworked, underappreciated, and burned out. These conditions do not align with your company values, and you want to change things before they become a regular part of your company culture.
In your response (500 words or less), please outline a benefit that would help employees disconnect from work so they can recharge and feel appreciated. Try to come up with a benefit that is new and creative (i.e. not paid time off) but also serves a deeper purpose beyond entertainment value (i.e. not ping-pong tables). Explain why you think this benefit would solve the problem.
