How long does it take to get started?It really only takes a minute to sign up. And you can start entering data immediately.
Can you give me specifics on the 30-day free trial?We don't require a credit card when you sign up, so you get 30 days to enjoy the service without worrying that we're going to charge you.
Do I have to agree to a long-term contract?No way! We are a pay-as-you-go service, and it is so much easier. You can quit at any time and all of the data is yours. You would be billed for the current month when you cancel, but you wouldn't be billed again. So you would just pay month–to–month.
Which payment types can I use, and how am I billed?We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. You will be billed monthly beginning on the day that your free trial period has ended.
What about your refund policy?If you want to cancel anytime after 30-day free trial, you will never be charged again. You will be responsible for the charges of your current billing period. For example, if you are billed monthly on the 15th, and you cancel on the 28th, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again. Because we want to treat everyone equally, we don't make exceptions.
